1. AI-assisted editing
PodMagi uses AI-assisted workflows to analyze reference editing patterns and help create captions, cuts, reframing and related visual content. Available features depend on the plan and service ordered. Results can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable; human review is essential.
2. Rights and permission
Only upload media and references you are entitled to use. Obtain the permissions needed for voices, likenesses, music, footage and other protected elements. An editing style does not grant a licence to a creator’s work, identity or brand. Do not present generated content as a person’s authentic statement without permission.
3. Customer-specific and shared models
Your media is processed to deliver your requested service. Customer-specific style training, where offered and ordered, is performed on your documented instructions. This differs from using your content to improve a shared or general-purpose model.
Customer media must not be used for shared or general-purpose model training without separate, explicit opt-in and the necessary legal permissions. Acceptance of the website terms or a paid plan alone does not provide that opt-in. Any optional training arrangement must explain the information, purpose, provider and withdrawal conditions.
4. Review and transparency
Check captions, speaker attribution, edits, generated imagery and rights before publishing. Label or disclose AI-generated or manipulated content where applicable law or the destination platform requires it, especially where content could misleadingly appear authentic.
Outputs may resemble existing material or lack copyright protection. We do not guarantee exclusivity, clearance, factual accuracy or a particular view count. You remain responsible for publication decisions.
5. Prohibited uses
The Acceptable Use Policy prohibits unlawful impersonation, fraud, non-consensual intimate material, child exploitation and other unlawful content. Do not use editing or generation to deceive people about identity, consent or events. Report suspected misuse with the relevant content location and supporting information.
6. Privacy and contact
The Privacy Policy and DPA govern personal information, service providers, transfers and retention. Québec and Canadian law apply as described in the Terms. No AI certification or regulatory approval is claimed by this page.
