1. Use material lawfully
Use PodMagi only with lawful authority and the necessary permissions for source material, reference media, voices, faces, music, fonts and brands. Respect copyright, privacy and other rights under Canadian and Québec law and any other applicable law.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery or other unlawful sexual content.
- Fraud, unlawful impersonation, deceptive voice or likeness cloning, threats, harassment or incitement to violence or hatred.
- Infringing uploads, illegal disclosure of personal or confidential information, or attempts to evade content restrictions.
- Malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, disruptive automation or interference with service security.
3. Service integrity
Do not bypass access controls, account limits or payment restrictions. Do not reverse engineer or extract protected systems except to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Authorized interoperability, security research and statutory exceptions are not waived by this policy.
4. Human review
Check generated captions, audio, imagery and edits before publication. Correct misleading output, respect the rights of people appearing in it, and make legally required AI disclosures. Style matching does not grant ownership of someone else’s content.
5. Reports and enforcement
Report suspected violations with the content location and supporting facts. We may take proportionate action, including restrictions or suspension, taking account of seriousness, repeat conduct, applicable law and opportunities to respond. Where lawful and appropriate, we will explain a decision and how to challenge it.
For copyright complaints, use the Copyright & Content Notices page. No procedure on this site requires you to submit to a foreign court.
