The problem
Creators and agencies were sitting on hours of recorded material that never became short-form content, because the editing time per clip made the economics impossible below a certain audience size.
The approach
Rather than building another template library, we separated the two decisions an editor makes — what to show, and how it should look — so that the second one could be measured from a reference video and reapplied automatically.
Today
PodMagi is an early-access product that turns long-form recordings into platform-ready vertical clips that carry a consistent, deliberate editing style, with the creator retaining the final call on what actually publishes.
How we work
Stated limits, not just capabilities
Our Trust Centre lists what we have not certified as clearly as what we have. Overlapping speech, heavy background music and sub-720p source footage all degrade output quality, and we document that rather than waiting for you to find out.
A human approves before anything ships
Generated edits are drafts. Every output passes through a review step before it can be exported and published, because automated selection is good at consistency and unreliable at judgment.
Your footage stays yours
Reference videos are reduced to a numerical style profile that contains no imagery and cannot reconstruct the source. We do not train shared models on customer content without explicit, separate consent.
